Lawrence 'Larry' Hargrave, decorated veteran

Lawrence W. "Larry" Hargrave, 63, of Frankford, and formerly of Woodlyn, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013.
Larry served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from May, 1970 to November, 1971. As an Infantry sergeant he received the National Defense Service Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, U.S. Army Commendation Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal.
He is survived by his mother, Althea "Bunny" Hargrave; three sisters, Sue Hargrave, Althea Leary and Sharyn Petti; and his two brothers, Vincent Hargrave and Thomas Hargrave; and a good friend, Sharon White.
Services will be held at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery in Millsboro at 11 a.m., Monday Oct. 28.
