Ingredients:
Wings:
- Mountaire Jumbo Party Wings
- 1-12 Jar John Henry’s Pecan Rub
- 1-Cup Maple Syrup
Sauce:
- 1-16 oz. Jar Natural Peanut Butter
- 1-TBS Fire Dust Seasoning
- 1-11.5 oz. Jar Ingleby Farms Mesquite BBQ Sauce
- 1-11 oz. Jar Robert Rothschild Hot Berry Patch Preserves
- 1-Cup Diced almonds
Directions:
1. Soak Mountaire wings in maple syrup and John Henry’s Pecan Rub for 4 or more hours
2. Cook in Flavorwave Oven for 30 minutes at 500 degrees. (Can be done in your oven at home on a rack with a pan to catch underneath. Also change cooking time to 45 min. at 350 degrees)
3. Sauce with a mixture of Natural Peanut Butter, Fire Dust, Ingleby Farms Mesquite BBQ Sauce & Robert Rothschild Hot Berry Patch Preserves.
4. Top with a handful of diced almonds.
