Tapsations give Harbor Healthcare residents a Halloween treat

The Tapsations visited Harbor Healthcare in Lewes the last week of October and entertained residents and staff with song and dance for the holiday.

Rich Foti and the Tapsations perform regularly at civic events throughout the Cape Region and make regular visits to nursing and personal care facilities to mark special events in the calendar year.
