Edward W. Chojnowski, creative artist

Edward W. Chojnowski, 60, of Lewes, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, in Lewes.  He was born in Annapolis, Md., Sept. 23, 1953, beloved son of the late Edward Walter and Vivian Chojnowski.

Mr. Chojnowski grew up in Annapolis, where he graduated from Annapolis High School in 1972 and afterward attended Anne Arundel Community College. Edward began his 22-year career with ARINC Incorporated, Annapolis, as a graphic designer.  He later became a manager of accounts services at Cadmus Publishing, Easton, Md.

After relocating to Lewes in 2010, he became a proud owner of Flip Flop Home Care Services. Edward was a very creative artist who enjoyed the beach, listening to classic rock, spending time with his family and could always be found cleaning and tidying up. Edward was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and a dear friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Chojnowski is survived by his wife Jennifer L. (Kelley) Chojnowski; two daughters, Julia and Anna Chojnowski both of Lewes; a brother, Robert A. Chojnowski and wife Lori of Havre de Grace, Md.; an aunt, Yvonne Waytekvnas of Towson, Md.; an uncle, Anthony Waytekvnas of Baltimore, Md.; a mother-in-law, Thelma Kelley of Arnold, Md.; and a sister-in-law, Beth Fitzgerald of Seaford; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may visit one hour prior to services. Interment will be private.
