Benjamin Steward joins Coldwell Banker in Lewes

The agents and staff of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomed sales agent Benjamin Steward to its Lewes location. Steward has been a licensed realtor since 1991 in the Washington, D.C., and northern Virginia areas. He has enjoyed great success marketing homes, and matching buyers and sellers for more than 20 years, reaching lifetime membership in his firm’s Founder’s Gold Club as a top producer.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Steward received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Lawrence University, Appleton, Wis. Making Washington, D.C., his home for more than 30 years, he renovated and lived in more than 10 homes in some of the most vibrant and progressive neighborhoods of downtown D.C. Having vacationed in the Delaware coastal communities throughout his professional life, Steward moved to Milton in 2011, beginning his second career in Delaware in 2013.
