Today I am 25 pounds slimmer, exercising regularly, eating healthier and loving all of it.

"Sixty-seven years olds, 25 pounds overweight, tired and sluggish, and disgusted with myself for not being able “to do” something about it! That was me nine months ago. That was me before I met nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coach Lesslee Belmore…….before she helped me change my life! Today I am 25 pounds slimmer, exercising regularly, eating healthier and loving all of it. coaching on nutrition and a sound eating regimen I was doing all the wrong things to try and lose weight…..skipping meals (especially breakfast and/or lunch), and eating fat-free (think no protein!)…….I thought carbs were my friend!!! I had it ALL wrong! After just two weeks of eating 3-5 small meals a day with protein at every meal, there was a noticeable difference in how I felt. My cravings disappeared and I was never hungry. I now look forward to my daily exercise, whether it is walking or strength training. It feels good to “feel good!!” I learned from Lesslee that setting small achievable goals and creating new habits one at a time lead to gradual and sustainable life changes. It amazed me early on and it continues to amaze me today how just a few small changes have made such a difference in how I feel and how I look. Thank you, Lesslee, for being a wonderful coach, mentor and friend. I am healthier and happier than I have been in many years all because of you.
