Ocean Atlantic hosting Open House Tour in Rehoboth Dec. 7

December 4, 2013

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is hosting a Holiday Open House Tour in Rehoboth Saturday, Dec. 7, from noon to 3 p.m.

The tour, featuring different properties listed for sale throughout Rehoboth Beach, will also showcase a local crafter’s handmade wares, local shops' goods, or a Rehoboth restaurant’s complimentary appetizers at each residence. “We are excited to partner our open houses with some terrific local businesses and artists, including Amandeline Gallery, Pottery by Kate Lear, Bramble & Brine and Cake Break,” said Garrett Gannon, marketing director. “The tours in Lewes and Bethany over the past few weeks have been very successful and we look forward to a great turnout in Rehoboth!”

The final stop on the Rehoboth Holiday Open House Tour will be 510 Rehoboth Ave., former site of McQuay’s Market, located at the entrance to downtown Rehoboth. The commercial portion of the building is currently listed for sale and features approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Rehoboth Art League will be displaying artwork at this location along with complimentary appetizers from Bramble & Brine from noon to 3 p.m. Rehoboth Art League is also hosting its 4th Annual Open House that same day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Henlopen Acres location.

Open house tour participants who visit four or more houses that day will be eligible to win a gift certificate from Bramble & Brine on Rehoboth Avenue. People can pick up open house driving directions beforehand at one of the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s offices or print them out at oasir.net.

“People can visit one, a few, or all of the homes featured on the tour,” said Gannon. “It should be a fun way to enjoy the day and see a variety of homes in Rehoboth.”
