Milton Arts Guild artists celebrate winter at The Kitchen

Show features one-of-a-kind gifts
December 23, 2013

Anne Buck, Cathy Rose, Jerry Strum and Libby Zando show varied work and interpretations from snow-covered ponds to caged-in blues in their current winter-themed show at The Kitchen@Paynter's Mill. Strum and Buck both work in pastels, and Buck features vernal touches in watercolor.  Rose's "Red Door on Chestnut" in acyrlics is an apt portrayal of architecture as art. Zando mixes oils in a celebration of all things blue or snow covered, from geese and parrots to ponds and trees.

All are invited to celebrate the season with friends, pick up a one-of-a-kind gift, and support a local eatery with a talented staff. An Artists' Reception will be featured after the holidays. The Kitchen@Paynters Mill is open from Wednesday lunch to Saturday dinner. The restaurant is at the crossroads of Route 88 and Route 1 north of Lewes.
