Wohlsen Construction honored at ABC's Awards Banquet

Wohlsen Construction Company received five awards from the Delaware Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors at the association’s Annual Excellence in Construction Awards banquet.

A first-place Award of Excellence was presented to Wohlsen Construction for the Patient Room Addition & Renovations at Jennersville Regional Hospital. Hart Freeland Roberts Inc. served as the architect.

Wohlsen received Green Building recognition by winning the Green Excellence Award for the new Medical & Dental Clinic for the Hamilton Health Center, which was designed by ABDesign LLC.

An Award of Merit was received for the Unionville High School Additions and Renovations project designed by MM Architects. Also receiving an Award of Merit was the 2D ICU Renovations project for Christiana Care Health System, which was designed by Wilmot Sanz.

An Honorable Mention Award was received for the additions and renovations to the Dover Behavioral Health Facility, which was constructed for Universal Health Services Inc. and designed by Array Architects.
