Doris I. Mosey, excellent cook
Doris I. Mosey, 83, of Milton, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Beebe Healthcare, Lewes.
Doris was born in Harrisburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Oliver L. and Ruth Shutt Wade.
She was a homemaker; she enjoyed crocheting, ceramics and was an excellent cook.
She was a very caring person and loved her dog, Chaz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mosey Sr. in 2012.
She is survived by her children, Charles “Butch” Mosey Jr. of Daytona Beach, Fla. and Kim Mosey of Milton; stepdaughter, Ginny Schreck of Middletown, Pa.; sister, Rita Kautz of Atlanta, Ga.; two grandchildren, Alison Albrego and Matthew A. Mosey; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service and interment will be held Friday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Georgetown.
