Family tradition continues for local Realtor

January 16, 2014

Continuing to follow the career paths of both his mother and grandmother, Tony Favata recently completed the six-week Real Estate Broker’s Licensing Course. Favata, a licensed Realtor since 2008, is the son of Terri Favata, sales manager of the new Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Milford Branch.

“I grew up learning the business from my family and have enjoyed my time as a Realtor. Obtaining my broker’s license is the next natural progression in my Real Estate career,” said Favata.

Favata is a Delaware native, a 2005 Milford High School graduate and also attended Delaware Technical and Community College. His first sales experience was acquired while working for Delmarva RV Center in Milford. In his free time, he is a professional BMX racer.

“I take pride in helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. I look forward to hearing from members of my community who need assistance in real estate. Giving first-class service is what my hometown deserves and can expect from me,” said Favata.

Favata may be reached by calling 302-422-8200, in person at 711 North DuPont Highway or by emailing favatare@aol.com.
