Donna J. Anderson, Mountaire employee
Donna J. Anderson, 51, of Millsboro, formerly of Wilmington, passed away suddenly Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.
She was born in Wilmington, daughter of the late Lee Nils and Dorris Ceddala (Griffith) Anderson. Donna was currently employed with the USDA working at Mountaire Farms in Millsboro.
She is survived by two brothers, Lee Nils Anderson and his wife Claire of Newark, and Kenneth Everett Anderson of Millsboro. She is also survived by a nephew, Erik Anderson; a niece, Maria Anderson; and a host of friends.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Interment will be held privately at Chester Bethel United Methodist Cemetery in Wilmington at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Donna’s name to Delaware SPCA, 22918 DuPont Blvd., Georgetown, DE 19947.
