Buying a retirement home should never be an impulse purchase.

Buying an new home is a very big decision that deserves careful analysis with many things to consider, and not the best way one should go about determining your new lifestyle.

“When relocating to the 1st State, enlisting a professional, who specializes in the needs of Baby Boomers will help narrow down your search, is smart thinking,” says Kathy Sperl-Bell, Broker at Active Adults Realty in Lewes. “When we tell our clients that we represent them and we will be with them every step of the way… there’s good reason for that. We know the important questions to ask; we have important information to share and we will make sure our clients get all the important answers they need. Our agents are Boomers, armed with the most current information on Delaware’s neighborhoods, communities and towns. They have relocated to Delaware from elsewhere in the states and can properly assist Boomer Buyers in making the best decision for their situation involving retirement living.”
