Rodney Joyner is new addition to Coldwell Banker's Seaford Branch

January 22, 2014

Rick Bennett, broker of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Seaford Branch, announces the addition of Rodney Joyner, a licensed realtor in Delaware and Maryland, to the organization.

Joyner was born in Baltimore, Md., and maintains a strong family presence in the Jessup, Md. area. He is a graduate of the Arundel Institute of Technology, where he majored in architectural drafting and design. In the 1980s Joyner developed an interest in commercial real estate while serving as a member of the USAR 97th ARCOM and working for firms involved with the design and engineering of commercial projects in Maryland, Washington, D.C., New Jersey and Philadelphia.

This interest led Joyner to obtain his real estate license in 2003 for both Maryland and Delaware. By 2008, he was overseeing the daily operations of more than $6 million of investment real estate portfolios. That same year, Joyner furthered his education by obtaining his Delaware associate broker’s license. In 2012, Joyner completed his Master in Real Estate designation through the Mike Lipsey course at Loyola University.

Joyner specializes in the sale and lease of commercial and investment properties in Sussex and Kent counties in Delaware and in Maryland. He employs a teamwork mind-set toward completing transactions and meeting the goals and objectives of his clients. He believes in a very hands-on approach and consistently goes the extra mile to serve his clients and cooperate with his colleagues. This approach has resulted in a successful and long-term real estate career, with hundreds of transactions and consistent multimillion-dollar production.

Joyner holds the e-pro designation. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, Peninsula Commercial Alliance and Sussex County Association of Realtors. He is past president of the Peninsula Commercial Alliance.

“Rodney brings a tremendous amount of real estate experience and knowledge to the firm. I know his commercial and investment background and education will prove invaluable to our clients and customers. I am thrilled to have him join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Bennett.

Joyner resides in Seaford with his wife Trina, who is also a licensed realtor. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two grown children, family and friends, fishing, watching sports and relaxing.

Joyner may be reached in person at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, 22350 Sussex Highway, Seaford; by calling 302-629-5575 office or 302-745-7341 cell or via email at rjoyner@cbcworldwide.com.
