Why We Only Use Professional Photography to Market Your Home.

First impressions are everything when it comes to dating, job interviews and especially real-estate. In fact, 84% of home buyers ranked photography as the most important feature on a real estate web site.

A Wall Street Journal survey found that when viewing an online real-estate listing, home buyers spend about 60% of their time on photos, 20% on the property description and 20% on the real-estate agents' remarks section.

Recently, the real estate research giant, Redfin, found that homes that with better photos sold more quickly and closer to their asking price. For homes listed between $200,000 and $1 million, Redfin found that homes with listing photos taken by a professional sell for $3,400 to $11,200 more relative to their list prices. See all of their findings here.
