Grotto Grand Slam to host fundraiser for Epworth Skate Project Feb. 19

Epworth Skate Project will hold a fundraiser from 4 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, at Grotto Pizza’s Grand Slam, Route 1, Lewes. Guests can present vouchers at the time of order for eat-in or takeout, and 20 percent will be donated to the Skate Project. Vouchers are available at www.grottopizza.com/calendar.
The Skate Project is raising funds to build a concrete skate park at Epworth UM Church on Holland Glade Road in Rehoboth. Last year, fundraisers for the Skate Project began in May with The Art of Skateboarding, which included a poster design contest for several age groups.
