Ocean Atlantic hosting open house tour Feb. 15-17
Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is hosting a Presidents’ Day Open House Tour over this long holiday weekend. Nearly 50 homes will be featured throughout the event to be held from noon to 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, Sunday, Feb. 16 and Monday, Feb. 17.
Properties included on the tour range from beach cottages to waterfront homes and exceptional estates and will span the Delaware coast from Milton to Rehoboth/Lewes and down through the Bethany/Fenwick area. Communities such as Bethany West and The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay will have multiple homes open for touring.
“Light refreshments will be served at all of our open homes as well as our three brokerage locations this weekend,” said Garrett Gannon, marketing director. “In addition, during the tour, please stop by one of our offices to enter our raffle to win a gift certificate to one of Rehoboth Beach’s newest fine dining establishments, Bramble & Brine.”
