Surround yourself with more chocolate than you can imagine...VOLUNTEER at the Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival on Saturday, March, 1, 2014, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.! The Festival, held at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, is in need of volunteer judges and chocolate cutters. Whether you can volunteer for two hours or four hours, we need your help!
