The Delaware SPCA is offering FREE spay or neuter for cats in the towns of Harrington, Farmington, Laurel, Seaford, Greenwood and Houston. Cats may be owned or community cats. There is limited availability. Please call (302) 856-6361 to make an appointment. This program is funded by PetSmart Charities.
