Clover Campbell and Mark Belluz plan July wedding

Bruce Campbell of Lewes and Cheryl Kellner of Marengo, Ill., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Clover Campbell, to Mark Belluz, the son of Jean and Paul Belluz of Cary, N.C.

The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Delaware in 2007 with a degree in business. In 2011, Clover earned her master’s degree in educational policy and leadership from American University. After teaching for four years in D.C. public schools, she transitioned to a new position in the trade association industry.

The groom-elect graduated from the University of Delaware in 2008 with a degree in business. After working for six years at IBM, Mark recently accepted a new position as an account executive for a technology firm. He will graduate from George Mason University with a law degree in summer 2014.

A July 2014 wedding in Rehoboth Beach is planned.
