Stutz is an experienced, full-time sales agent in Bethany Beach, specializing in resort, retirement, and commercial properties. His training in the field of real estate includes earning a master's degree in city planning from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Stutz and his family have made the area their summer home since 1976. He has owned a home here for 20 years.
