Catherine M. Fischer, loved life to fullest

Catherine M. Fischer, 67, of Millsboro, formerly of Baltimore, Md., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, in the presence of her family.

Catherine enjoyed being with her family, volunteering, painting, dancing, cooking and loved life to the fullest. She was a member of American Legion Post 187 in Curtis Bay, Md.

Catherine is preceded in death by her father, Joseph A. Menowsky Sr.; her mother, Margaret C. Kefflin; her brothers, Joseph A. Menowsky Jr. and Michael Menowsky. She is survived by her son, Michael Bell from Oklahoma and her daughter Tracy Peoples and her husband Dean Peoples from Delaware; her grandchildren: Tricia, Brittany, Thomas, Jacob Peoples and Joseph and A.J. Bell; her brothers, Timothy Menowsky, from Kentucky and Thomas Menowsky and his wife Deborah from Maryland; her sisters, Toni Ludwig, from Curtis Bay and Victoria Farley from Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, where friends and family may call after 10 a.m.
