February 25, 2014

Coldwell Banker recognized again with ranking for top training programs across all industries!

2014 Training Magazine Top 125 has placed Coldwell Banker University in 8th Place!

Now in its 14th year, the Training Top 125 is the only report that ranks companies unsurpassed in harnessing human capital.

“The 2104 Training Top 125 winners did a stellar job of proving their training effectiveness with concrete results that helped achieve corporate strategic goals,” said Lorri Freifeld, editor-in-chief of Training magazine. “They demonstrated an organization-wide commitment to and passion for training that is to be commended. Congratulations to all the companies named to the 2014 Training Top 125.”

The Coldwell Banker Leadership Series, for commercial real estate owner and managers, is a collaborative community assisted by the corporate learning team and dedicated to collaboration, sharing of best practices, and homegrown resources. It features an information portal on the “7 pillars” of the business, as well as live meetings, interactive Web sessions, threaded discussions, social networking and other tools for sharing ideas and best practices. Results are tracked and, recorded and analyzed and show that the program has been scoring highly in both content and instructor ratings. Participants comment on the great interactions and feel this program will make them more knowledgeable, more profitable and more capable of gaining market share.

The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
