Rehoboth Rotary learns about Epworth Skate Project

March 3, 2014

Susan Selph spoke to the Rehoboth Beach Sunrise Rotary Club Feb. 14 at Kings Creek Country Club. The Rotary’s mission is to positively impact the lives of local youth. “I am delighted that Sunrise Rotary is interested in the Skate Project,” said Selph.

She explained the history of the Skate Project at Epworth United Methodist Church and how it serves local youth and their families. The Skate Project began fundraising in August 2013 for the construction of a concrete skate park at Epworth UMC on Holland Glade Road north of Rehoboth.

For more information about the Skate Project, go to www.eumcrb.org/sk8 or call Selph at 302-245-6193.
