Christine Lynn Deck and Zachary Row plan September wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Beryl L. Deck of Millsboro are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Lynn of Charlotte, N.C., to Zachary R. Rowe, son of Ronald and Linda Rowe of Harrisburg, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Sussex Central High School in Georgetown and a 2007 graduate of Radford University, Radford, Va. She is employed as a national operations manager for Stanley, Black and Decker of Charlotte.
The groom-elect is a 1998 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, Hagerstown, Md., and a 2004 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pa. Rowe is director of business development for American Standard of Charlotte. A Sept. 27, 2014 wedding is planned.
