VFW Post 7447 donates to Good Shepherd Fund

Members of the First Sergeants Club Council accept a check for the Good Shepherd Fund from the post. The Ladies' and Mens Auxiliary along with post members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7447 in Rehoboth Beach presented checks to the members of the First Sergeants Club Council at Dover Air Force Base for its Good Shepherd Fund March 19.
The Good Shepherd Fund at Dover Air Force Base provides financial assistance to enlisted personal at the base in times of need. There are many programs at the base that also provide assistance to enlisted personnel, but the Good Shepherd Fund fills the void left by other programs.
