Debbie Reed Team welcomes Sherri Nowicki
The Debbie Reed Team of RE/MAX Realty Group, Rehoboth Beach, welcomes veteran realtor Sherri Nowicki to its ranks. Nowicki comes to coastal Delaware and The Debbie Reed Team from Harford County, Maryland, where she lived for 20-plus years. She has worked as a licensed, full-time agent with Garceau Realty since January, 2008.
Nowicki joins The DRT with invaluable education, experience and skills. A degree in sales and marketing from Grove City College, plus certification as a home staging specialist combined with her work in custom home building and as a realtor equip Nowicki to offer top-level professional service to clients. She is licensed in both Delaware and Maryland.
“We are thrilled to include Sherri as a member of our team,” said team leader Debbie Reed. “In addition to her impressive qualifications, experience and professionalism, Sherri is a warm, likable person who I know will be a great asset.”
When asked what she enjoys most about being a realtor, Nowicki said, “I love the staging end of it - helping people redesign their homes to get them sold.” According to the Real Estate Staging Association, “Real estate staging is the act of preparing and showcasing residential or commercial property for sale. It is a systematic and coordinated methodology in which knowledge of real estate, home renovations and creative design principles are applied to attract a buyer.”
When not assisting sellers, Nowicki enjoys working out at the gym, walking on the beach and decorating her own home. She and her husband, Rick, have two sons, Matt and Eric.
Nowicki and her family have been coming to the Delmarva beaches for 10 years of vacation memories, and have owned several beach houses. “I’ve always wanted to call this area home,” she says. The Debbie Reed Team works together to help make people's real estate dreams at the beach come true, even among its own members.
