East Coast Nursery receives kudos

April 17, 2014

On September 25, 2010, East Coast Nursery, owned by Rick, Steve and Val Cordrey, completely re-landscaped the front of our house. After a period of well over four years, a group of plants called gumpo azaleas had gradually deteriorated for various reasons. They became unsightly and started to die.

I have dealt with East Coast Nursery since we arrived in Delaware in 2004. I went to East Coast Nursery and explained my problem to Rick and Valery Cordrey – that the azaleas had become a major eyesore.

I explained that I had already purchased three or four new replacement plants, but the plants were still deteriorating. They agreed to remove and replace all 15 azaleas, even though it has been well over the one-year guarantee. They will plant a low growing evergreen of my choice free of any charges. A customer satisfaction policy doesn't get any better than this.

Rick, Steve and Val Cordery, I thank you.
