Unit 28 presents Good Deed Award to Matthew Willey

American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 President Tina Washington presented the Good Deed Award to Matthew Willey at its recent meeting. The Good Deed Award is presented to youth under 18 years of age who are great examples of community service in action. Matthew was cited for rescuing a kitten that had been thrown from a vehicle. The certificate presented was signed by Auxiliary National President Nancy Brown-Park. He also received a gift certificate. Matthew is shown with his mother, Molly Miller.
