A 77-year-old woman was entering a store at 5:35 p.m. in the Seaside Outlets when Jamie Queen, 36, of Millsboro grabbed the woman's purse and ran to a waiting vehicle, said Cpl. John Day of the Delaware State Police.

The driver, Roger Spence, 34, of Baltimore, Md., drove off, but a witness followed the car before losing sight of it, Day said.

Police located the car on Route 24 and followed it for a mile before Spence pulled over, Day said.
