William M. Chasanov, an attorney who had offices in Georgetown, has been placed on disability inactive status by the Delaware Supreme Court. He is prohibited from practicing law in Delaware until he is reinstated to active practice.
In February, the Court of Chancery appointed James E. Ligouri as the receiver for Chasanov's law practice.
