Motor vehicle collision closes Angola Road

On Saturday, April 26, at approximately 1:25 a.m., the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Angola Road south of John J. Williams Highway. Upon arrival one car was discovered with two occupants.

The patients were treated and prepared for transportation to the hospital by Rehoboth Beach firefighters and EMTs. Both patients were transported to Beebe Healthcare by the Rehoboth Beach and Lewes fire company ambulances.

Units remained on scene until the vehicle was removed. Delaware State Police are investigating the collision.
