Tremayne 'TJ' Parker Jr., Millsboro infant

Baby Tremayne Lewis Randolph Parker Jr., affectionately known as TJ, passed away peacefully in the arms of his mother on the morning of Thursday, May 1, 2014, at Christiana Hospital in Newark.

TJ was born Friday, March 28, 2014, prematurely at Christiana Hospital. TJ is survived by his father and mother, Tremayne L. R. Parker Sr. and Katrina A. Dixon-Parker of Millsboro; his sibling An’Deshia Satchell of Milton; his maternal grandmother Janice L. Willis of Millsboro; his maternal grandparents Howard (Theresa) Willis of Milton; his maternal great-grandmother Virgie Willis of Lewes; his paternal grandparents Robert (Carolyn) Hughes of Staten Island, N.Y.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and very close friends who are left to mourn his passing.

The Parker Family would like to thank the Maternity and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit staff of doctors, nurses, therapist, social workers, chaplains, and clerks that took such wonderful care of TJ and his mommy at Christiana Hospital. They also would like to thank Ronald McDonald House of Delaware and the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 10, at noon, at Holy Trinity Church of God In Christ 29507 First Street Millsboro, with a reception following.
