Grace E. Holloway, loving mother
Grace E. Holloway of Lincoln passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Harbor Healthcare in Lewes.
Grace was born in Milton, the daughter of the late Purnell and Ada (Hamilton) Potter. She was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed bluegrass music, flowers and being with her family. She was a member of Lincoln U.M. Church in Lincoln.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Holloway in 1992; and two grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Louise Drake of Little Creek, Jimmy Holloway of Milford, John Holloway Jr. of Lincoln, Bonnie Bailey of Alabama, Terry Holloway of Lincoln and Kathy Laramore of Milton; 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 8, in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Interment will be in Harbeson Cemetery, Harbeson.
