Janet Lee Rust, 76, of Georgetown passed away Monday, May 12, 2014. at the Harrison House in Georgetown.
Janet was born in Georgetown, the daughter of the late George Franklin and Alberta Mae (Marker) Rust. She attended McColley’s Church. She especially loved animals.
She is survived by her sisters, Patricia Davis and husband Louis, and Terry Robinson, all of Georgetown; one brother, Jim Frank Rust and wife Priscilla of Austin, Texas; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 15, at noon, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
