Bodenweiser rejects plea deal, will go to trial

A former candidate for state Senate has rejected a plea deal and is set to go to trial Tuesday, May 27.
Eric Bodenweiser of Georgetown will stand trial on charges of inappropriate sexual contact involving a child that his accuser said took place decades ago.
