Browseabout to host 'Precious Words' author for May 31 book signing

Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach announces a book signing at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 31, with Leigh Fleming, author of "Precious Words."

In this contemporary, international love story, Italian tennis pro Niccolo Bartoli seemingly has it all, but finds himself apathetic towards his career and lonely for someone special in his life. Emberly Fallon, a smart, beautiful American attorney, heads to the U.K. for a dream vacation. She is haunted by her complicated parentage, hoping to avoid making the same mistake her mother made.

Several chance encounters lead Niccolo and Emberly to a love they can’t deny; however, someone isn’t happy about Niccolo’s success and Emberly finds herself pulled into a sinister plan to ruin his career.

Fleming owns the Scrapbook Cottage, a weekend retreat for craft enthusiasts. She has lived in Martinsburg, W.Va., for nearly 30 years and is married with two grown children.
