Lisa J. Littleton, cafeteria attendant

Mrs. Lisa J. Littleton, 56, of Laurel, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, May 27, 2014.

Lisa was born in Lewes, Oct. 30, 1957, to the late Barbara Truitt Lynch and Joseph L. Lynch Sr. who survives her. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by a sister Carolee Lynch.

She retired from the State of Delaware where she worked for the Indian River School District as a cafeteria attendant. She worked at different schools, but most recently worked at the G.W. Carver Center in Frankford.

Lisa loved to read and cook. She especially enjoyed time spent with her family. She was playful and upbeat, always having a witty comeback. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 36 years, Arthur S. Littleton Sr. of Laurel; a son, Arthur S. Littleton Jr. of Laurel; a daughter, Tiffeny Willey and her husband Kenneth Willey Sr. of Seaford; a brother, Joseph Lynch Jr. of Frankford; and six grandchildren. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Services and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Lisa’s memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 28467 DuPont Blvd., Suite 6, Millsboro, DE 19966.
