Rehoboth VFW Post 7447 creates a permanent tribute

June 26, 2014

Jr. Vice Commander Harry Dale, a Vietnam veteran, and his brother, three-year Trustee Herb Hunsucker, have created a permanent display at Rehoboth VFW Post 7447. Using Hunsucker's army boots, worn in a Burma conflict, and a helmet, they built a clear box to display and protect the items and mounted it on the wall next to a POW MIA flag and the Missing Man Table, a place of honor in memory of fallen, missing or imprisoned military service members.
