New Penn Financial opens branch office in Rehoboth Beach
The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 5 for New Penn Financial. Members of the chamber’s Meet & Greet Committee were present to welcome New Penn Financial to the organization. Scott Dostal was promoted to manager of the Rehoboth Beach branch, which is the fourth office in Delaware.
With more than 15 years’ experience in residential finance, Dostal joined the New Penn Financial team in summer 2010 when he was hired as senior mortgage consultant in the Columbia, Md. office. He is licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Well versed in all aspects of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA loan programs, Dostal is a preferred lender for many of the top homebuilders and real estate agents in coastal Delaware.
He is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors and Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce as well as a coach and volunteer for Rehoboth Beach Little League. In addition to relaxing with his wife, Tammy, and two young sons on the beautiful Delaware beaches, Dostal enjoys playing the local golf courses.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, which also marked the opening day of the branch office, was attended by some of the top agents and attorneys in Sussex County, including representatives from Patterson Schwartz, Re/Max, Sotheby’s International Realty, Jack Lingo, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Gallo Realty. The new branch office is at 19629 Coastal Highway, Suite One, in Rehoboth Beach.
