Norma Rosenberg, retired bookkeeper

Mrs. Norma Rosenberg, 80, of Georgetown, passed away at Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehab Sunday, June 15, 2014.

Norma was born in Baltimore, Md. to the late Irvin R. Brown Sr., and Edna M. Smith Brown. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Benjamin T. DiDominicus Jr.; a son, Benjamin T. DiDominicus III; and a brother, Irvin R. Brown Jr.

Norma worked as a bookkeeper for the Boy Scouts of America in Baltimore.

She grew up in Baltimore City and graduated from Eastern High. Norma enjoyed crafts, and baking; coffee cake being her specialty. She loved her family and was very devoted to them, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Rosenberg of Georgetown; a son, Michael B. DiDominicus and his wife, Lou Anne of Crofton, Md.; two brothers, Alvin F. Brown and his wife Dorothy, and Richard L. Brown and his wife Kathy. She is also survived by four grandsons, including Benjamin T. DiDominicus IV, whom she raised as a son; as well as four great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 5 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call after 3 p.m. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehab, 231 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966.
