Carolyn Wyatt Tallent, accident victim

This past Saturday, June 14, 2014, was a very sorrowful day. Tragically, family, friends, and acquaintances lost a very special lady due to a car accident that occurred on Route 404. The late Carolyn Ann (Wyatt) Tallent was a very colorful, charismatic, hardworking, helpful, dependable, loyal, loving and jovial person. Carolyn was both loved and will be remembered as a sister, aunt, wife, mother, and the world's greatest "mom-mom."

Carolyn was preceded in death by her first two baby brothers; beloved brother Melvin Wyatt; her parents, Harold and Leona Wyatt; and brother-in-law, Roy Porter.

Carolyn is survived by her husband Frank Tallent Jr.; her son and daughter-in-law Frank and Kristina Tallent; grandsons Brendan and Dylan Tallent; siblings, Leverna and Bobby Bush, Bonnie Porter, Harold "Buck" Wyatt Jr., Dennis and Peggy Wyatt, Thomas and Donna Wyatt, Debbie and R.T. Givens, Kelvin Wyatt, and Amy Wyatt; along with 17 nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Monday June 23, at noon, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Carolyn will be placed to rest following the funeral services at Hebron Church Cemetery on the eastbound lane of Route 404 in Georgetown.
