They came off a boat Sunday morning at Indian River Marina. The hound was as cool as his human friends, with dark glasses fixed happily over his eyes. Cubbie is a shepherd mix, said his owner Kiley Best. "When we get ready to go outside, he kind of cocks his head at me and I know what he wants," said Kiley. "He likes his shades."
