A dump truck delivering a load of topsoil toppled over June 30 at Stockley Materials off Route 9 near Nassau Valley Vineyards in Lewes.
The driver was unloading the dump truck at about 10:30 a.m. when the vehicle fell over on its side, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
The driver was briefly trapped in the cab of the truck until employees got him out, Fournier said.
The driver was taken to Beebe Healthcare where he was treated for minor injuries, Fournier said.
