McGuiness has energy, motivation

July 25, 2014

After serving six years on the Rehoboth Beach City Commission, with five of those years with Kathy McGuiness, I can tell you from experience that she is the right choice to serve the citizens of Rehoboth Beach.

Kathy does her homework and will look carefully at both sides of an issue.  She is pro-active and cares deeply about our city. She has been a positive voice with involvement in many city initiatives that continue to enrich Rehoboth Beach including streetscape re-vitalization and upgrade of the waste water treatment plant, tree preservation, convention hall upgrades and natural vegetative lake buffers.

As founder of Rehoboth Beach Main Street, she has organized the Fourth of July fireworks display for the past 17 years - an event that brings thousands of visitors to our city.

She is a creative thinker with a proven record. The city commission is in desperate need of someone who has the energy and motivation to continue to improve our great city.

Please join me in voting for Kathy McGuiness as city commissioner on August 9.
