Ron Ladue named top lister for June 2014

Ron Ladue, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has been named top listing agent for June 2014 for Long & Foster’s Lewes office, 117 Savannah Road.

“We are proud to announce Ron Ladue as this month’s top listing agent,” said Carol Materniak, branch manager for Long & Foster Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices. On recent sellers’ surveys he has been described as an excellent and caring representative.

Ladue graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in English and education and was also named the College of Education’s Man of the Year. He initially taught high school English and served as the head football and baseball coach for his school. As a result, Ladue has the communication skills to be an effective negotiator for his clients and the mental toughness to solve the problems that can occur during the contract process.

Ladue has consistently proven to be a high achiever since he entered the real estate field, and has frequently been a top real estate producer.
