The Rehoboth Beach Police Department is seeking more information on two suspects who police say stole a wallet at the Beach Arcade.

About 11:30 p.m., July 20, police received a complaint that a white man, 20 to 30 years old with short dark hair and a trimmed beard stole a wallet from the victim’s unattended purse. Police said the suspect is 6-feet to 6-feet-2 and was wearing a blue, button-down shirt with jeans and white shoes.

The wallet, which was recovered July 21 from a trashcan on Baltimore Avenue, contained $150 in cash that was not recovered.

A white woman in her 20s with long dark hair accompanied the suspect, police said. She was wearing a purple striped shirt with multicolored leggings.

Lt. William Sullivan said police have several persons of interest but have not yet identified the suspects at this time.

Anyone with information should call Sullivan at 227-2577 or contact Crime Stoppers at
