Cast a vote for Kathy McGuiness Aug. 9

August 1, 2014

I would like to voice my preference for Kathy McGuiness for commissioner. She did an excellent job representing concerns voiced by constituents in her past tenure by seeking consensus and compromise for the good of the city, and effected many positive changes that have improved the quality of life in Rehoboth - not only for the citizens, but also for all our guests who help to bolster the local economy.

Kathy is a shrewd businesswoman - a pharmacist and Realtor, who has devoted her service to improve the natural and human environment we live in. She is a problem identifier and solver. She understands the issues facing Rehoboth Beach and the history behind them.

She was very instrumental in certifying and obtaining funding for the improvements on Rehoboth Avenue, started Rehoboth Beach Main Street and still serves them in an advisory capacity. She renewed the tradition of fireworks on the Fourth of July and is still active in its planning and fundraising.

I would highly recommend that you cast your vote for Kathy McGuiness for Rehoboth Beach Commissioner August 9. She will not disappoint you.
