June Yoder joins Coldwell Banker Milford branch
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces the addition of June Yoder to the firm’s Milford branch.
Yoder has been a lifelong resident of Sussex County in Greenwood. She is married to Arnold Yoder and has two children and eight grandchildren. Arnold operates Arnold's Cabinet Shop in Greenwood specializing in kitchen and bath cabinetry and Corian countertops since 1972.
Prior to entering the real estate industry in 1982, Yoder owned and operated Shendora Beauty Salon in Greenwood. Her real estate career started with Randall Handy Real Estate. She later took her license to New Dimensions at Five Points in Lewes, which became Ackley Associates. At that time she obtained her GRI designation.
She later joined Century-21 Lester-Tidwell Associates in Georgetown and took all the career path courses to obtain her Certified Residential Specialist designation. She obtained her broker's license while at Century-21 Tidwell Associates and left there to be the broker of record with Century-21 Blue Hen Realty in Dover.
In 1989, she joined Nanticoke Sales Company in Greenwood, which later relocated to Seaford in the building that is now Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Seaford. In 1998, she joined Greenwood Realty and was grateful that she no longer had to commute to another town. In 2000, she put her real estate license on hold at the commission and worked for Dover Windows and Doors. She then worked for Exit First State Realty in Dover as bookkeeper, receptionist and settlement coordinator for all the agents.
Yoder went with Greenwood Realty again in 2006, where she remained until the recent closing of its office.
In her spare time, Yoder enjoys attending British car shows with her husband. Arnie has a robin's egg blue 1962 TR3 Triumph. The British Car Club meets monthly at Arena's in Georgetown.
