L.T. Associates has indeed made an extraordinary gesture through the offer to provide 10 acres of land to the Rehoboth Beach Film Society toward building a cultural arts center.
However, in response to Mr. Mavity’s story on this remarkable proposal, I’d like to clarify Clear Space’s opinion on this gesture since no member of our staff, or board leadership, was contacted by him for comment.
Officially, while Clear Space Theatre continues to entertain the concept of a shared cultural arts facility, we have not taken a position on the Lingo-Townsend project.
